At Ommi Immobilier, we have chosen a local and responsive organisational model to assist our co-owners in enhancing their property.


We provide a team totally dedicated to the management of your building:


  • An accounting department: to oversee the accounts for your building; monitoring invoices and payments, management of calls for funds, compilation of accounts and year end, management of unpaid debts, production of dated statements.

  • An administrative manager: providing sound and transparent management of your building; negotiation of contracts and procurement, exchanges with suppliers, control and monitoring of decisions and work of general meetings, preparation and holding of general meetings, drafting of minutes.

  • An operational manager: to ensure the technical inspection and monitoring of work in progress; visits to buildings (at least monthly), monitoring of works, management of claims procedures, exchanges with suppliers, meetings with co-owners.

  • A legal service: to ensure total management of your building with regard to the legal framework and any changes to it.

  • A dedicated website: to allow you to make your payments online and find your documents whenever you wish.
